1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdt87 ("bdt87", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the bdt87 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, payment services, promotional offers, VIP loyalty program, and any other services offered by bdt87 (collectively, the "Services").

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered bdt87 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or VIP points accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration and Verification

bdt87 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from any authorised or unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to comply with this section.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdt87 operates a formal Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching a specified cumulative deposit threshold, or at any time bdt87 deems it appropriate in its sole discretion.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification; and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your current residential address. bdt87 may also request confirmation of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad transaction confirmation).

All KYC documents submitted to bdt87 are processed securely and stored in accordance with the bdt87 Privacy Policy. Refusal to complete KYC verification may result in the restriction or permanent closure of your bdt87 account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Deposits are credited to the player's bdt87 account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. bdt87 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, mobile financial service, or bank.

All deposits to bdt87 must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on bdt87 is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business days to process. VIP-tier players may benefit from expedited withdrawal processing as outlined in the VIP program terms.

bdt87 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or void any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All player accounts on bdt87 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All displayed odds, bet amounts, winnings, balances, bonus values, and promotional amounts are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Program

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Where bonus abuse is identified, bdt87 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the abusive activity.

5.4 VIP Loyalty Program

VIP points are earned automatically from qualifying bets placed on sports, casino games, and slots. The rate at which points are earned, the benefits associated with each tier, and the threshold requirements for tier advancement and maintenance are set out in the VIP program documentation, which forms part of these Terms.

bdt87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program, or to adjust tier thresholds, point earn rates, and associated benefits, at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Accrued VIP points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. Betting and Casino Game Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all account balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Platform Availability

bdt87 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available on a continuous basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, bdt87 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bdt87's reasonable control — including but not limited to internet service interruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games and live dealer products available on bdt87 are provided by independent third-party game studios. bdt87 is not responsible for the conduct, policies, technical performance, or game outcome methodology of these third-party providers. Any disputes arising directly from the operation of a third-party game should be directed to bdt87 support, which will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.3 No Warranty

The bdt87 platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. bdt87 expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt87's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bdt87 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall bdt87 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procurement of substitute services, whether or not bdt87 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the bdt87 internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bdt87 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt87 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, understandings, and arrangements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
